Always worried about what people are saying about him but never wanting to take a look at himself to make any type of attitude adjustment. Man babys child thinks he knows everything but how to communicate. Please keep in mind, man baby's child, is a "trainer". If such a great trainer, why the turnover? Best guess would be the turnover is be 80%. Co workers are great but too busy to help. If management would get their diapers in a row and grow up, maybe focusing on how to make things better instead of crab about how people aren't pulling their weight. Maybe people aren't pulling their weight because they were not trained properly. If you send an email to a client, sit back and see the reply all because eman baby is upset with something. Man baby gets so upset that he doesn't realize that he hit reply all and includes the client in on his rant to the employee. Sorry to the employees still there as we know that you all will take the brunt for any negative light that is cast on Man Baby.
