Very hostile work environment, especially if you're middle-eastern. They will call you "terrorist" and expect you to laugh about it, they will not listen to you when there are issues. Very few people in the company do a lot of work and will not share knowledge (for job security) and these people can break any rule and do whatever they want (including harass co-workers and blame them when things go wrong as scapegoats) and the company lets it happen because they depend heavily on this handful of people who generate 90% of the company's income.
