Pros

- Amazing peers, colleagues, teammates - collegial work environment - some of the clients are incredibly interesting and enjoyable to work with - social events and company culture can be fun - potential to do what you want if you work hard enough / ask for it / are liked by SLT - an accessible CEO with interest in people - the grind will help you grow

Cons

- zero work life balance - little to no managers overseeing your personal growth - you’re paid terribly - company isn’t very innovative, your job won’t really grow into something different - unstructured teams with little to no transparency to vertical growth “there are no job titles,” they brag - no transparency on company goals, visions, revenue, etc.

Toxic work environment

Pros

- Very friendly and talented colleagues - Fun social events

Cons

- I very much agree with all of the other reviews that state this is a toxic work environment. - The gaslighting and grooming to commit your life 24/7 to this job were red flags for me, and I quickly got out. - Everyone is overworked and overstressed - I had anxiety waking up knowing I had to go to this job, where I would work 8-10 hour days with not a single break, in order to meet the unreasonable expectations and workload - The worst part of it all was the lack of real compensation for the insane amount of work, and the attitude that this is a go-getter work ethic that will make you get ahead - it is not in fact, and mental health and work life balance, as well as policies that actually contribute to more productive, creative, and happy employees are critical, all of which JAM is lacking

Pros

- some lovely and talented individuals work there - cool work perks (free breakfasts, lunches and merchandise) - hip office - accounts own all of the steps of the process so you learn lots

Cons

- terrible people managers (the people favourited there are the ones in leadership and they have zero leadership skills and empathy for others) - crazy work hours and unreasonable work loads - terrible pay considering how many extra hours you work (avg of 50-60 hours per week) - no client boundaries have been set and the culture is to say “yes” to every request - the culture is toxic and has a fake vibe - people quit on a regular basis and everyone seems very stressed - no boundaries with how your treated and no HR
