They are consistent in salary payment
Cons
When you're employed as trainee headman or trainee supervisor, that position and pay is what you will remain at forever, despite it's stated in the appointment letter that you will be upgraded upon 12 months of working with them. Some of their trainee headman staff remained trainee for 5 years plus. No HR Personel
