Pros
JSH Web Designs is a firm that truly believes in offering a quality product for an affordable price. I have worked at other various design companies in the area and other states that are out there to just take people's money using smoke and mirrors and technical jargon to talk "over" their clients heads. This company really lets the employees have creative space when it comes to designing.
Cons
Very Deadline oriented and can be a little high pressure at times however I believe that truly comes with the industry not necessarily just this company
