The company offers negotiable salaries, although they are not particularly high. The staff is generally friendly and easy-going.
Cons
The major downside is the low salary, Especially considering the expectation to work overtime without compensation. There also seems to be a lack of leadership skills within the office. It would be beneficial for the management to have more than one person overseeing operations. Additionally, there is a shortage of full-time staff, with interns making up a significant portion of the workforce, aside from the boss, developer, HR, and sales person. The enviroment is not work friendly. There's a lot of "I dont know and go ask boss" in the office
