      Very helpful and friendly site office team You can learn alot walking around on site and seeing how designs come to life Company van/ car

      Cons

      Site work is cold, dirty and earlier start time than office work Site environment can be very male dominated Project work can be a hit or miss as it is a smaller company compared to global firms

      Very relaxed atmosphere but still focussed on results. I love working here as it's so different to the big PLC's. A family feel.
