      salary on time can take leave anytime no headache to reach office on time light working environment - music / gossip , chitchat etc

      Cons

      less official leaves Monopoly - no team lead , no project manager to evaluate your work no scope of learning no exictment to give your best performence for project no extra curricular activities for employees

      Salary on time Can take leave anytime

      Cons

      Apart from these two pros nothing is great about this company. No growth and learning scope. No employee engagement activities as HR is busy in playing candy crush and other games on her phone. No project management and other employee benefits. Basic needs of employees like tea vending machine, proper hygiene is also not maintained. Management is least bothered about retaining their old employees, they don't even ask the reasons of leaving the job.

      If you are a fresher then good for you to join the company. If you have any experience then please try anywhere else.

      Working enviourment is avg. And salary is low but on time.
