Pros

Lots of different types of work to do. Learned a lot, i felt appreciated. Most of the people that work here are some of the nicest I’ve ever had to work with. The culture is great if you keep up a good workflow and everyone pulls their weight. I was rarely asked to stay past my shift, although I would have totally done it if they had asked. Never had to come in on weekends, although i volunteered several times just because it was a fun team to work with and the overtime pay is great. My life took a turn for the worst and I had to leave the state, but damn I miss this job sometimes. Everyone was friendly and the managers would always ask how I was doing. It seemed like they were genuinely concerned for my well-being and just to maintain an overall healthy team spirit. I’m not even sure why they cared that much. I know the owner works ALOT so he probably just doesn’t want to deal with a poor performance. It made the days alot better for me in a time in my life where I was going through a dark time.

Cons

= It’s common to be short-staffed = Orders never stop coming in so we’re always playing catch-up = would have preferred to be trained on other roles = reviews are supposed to be every 3 months but get delayed frequently

Pros

The cases made there are top of the line, probably the best in the world. Pay is decent if you're real young with no work experience.

Cons

Never know what time you'll be allowed to leave each day. Come in at 6:30 and could be 4pm or 8pm before you get off. On feet +10hrs/day. Often told to leave early Friday to avoid paying overtime. Lots of very tedious and boring work. Very high turnover rate.
