      No pros at all, I didn't find any.

      1. No employee benefits 2. Overtime works happens as a regular basis(including in the weekends) with no advantages 3. Upper management hire people without any planning 4. Lay offs occurs more often no matter how dedicated you are for the company 5. Salary scale and increments are pretty low 6. False commitments to the employees
