      Fun place to work, but going through some growing pains

      Pros

      flexible hours, depending on manager/department location across from Millennium Park social committee that plans events reimbursement for health club membership interesting industry and program

      Cons

      lack of communication trying to act like a big corporation, but keep a small company attitude pay is below standard for some disciplines constant change

      Pros

      Everyone is over paid. The remodeled office has the most expensive chairs ever made. Superficial from top to bottom. Outside investment firms keep injecting company with money because of the CEO's dad but this can't last forever.

      Cons

      We lie to customers to get their business. Pay now or pay later, the customers have to pay it all in the end and in the meantime, JSSI gets to play with their money. Culture is that you must be available 24/7, even if your wife is in labor. Bizav needs to stick to OEM HCM programs.
