      -the company promises things that it never delivers -they bore people with great potential -salaries are not very competitive -nobody defends the developers, if they don't like something, they bore them to leave -Job opportunities are bureaucratic, so is the payment of each -the values are for the benefit of the company, developers do not care -You don't have a work / life balance, you are always "asked" to put extra effort into every sprint, that is, unpaid overtime work.

      They bring you to the company with ideas and proposals that in the end are not fulfilled. Much to be desired leaves management, by wasting great talents they have, not to mention that they handle very unequal and non competitive salary ranges
