Remote working, allow their employee to work from anywhere.
Cons
Depend on your team, but for me, they put not credible person on strategic position, such as creating tickets, lead, project manager. Put ticket story point as 2 (2 man hours), while all team members works over time for that ticket, happened on almost all stories. My task was blocked because other team members (it was the team lead) keep making bug or late, but they don't care and blame on what they see can be blamed.

Bad management style, founders too young. they don’t care about employees feeling, push them work like horses and fired anyone when they think him not work 200% effort
