      Friendly, Driven, Compassionate, Rewarding, Real People.

      Cons

      Not the company itself, but the industry itself can be cut throat, competitive, demanding and you work hard for a placement, and the candidate accepts a counter offer or withdraws, or client closes the position, or another agency gets the placement, or your candidates gets poached by clients without compensating you for your services.
