      The company has a great onboarding, where you get to meet different people, you get to learn many tips and tricks from everyone, they guide you completely on using the tools (they were all new to me). They have the best culture, an amazing work environment, great salary. This has been the best job and the best company I have ever been in my 17 years of job experience.

      Cons

      In the beginning, you may feel overwhelmed, but still, you always have many helping hands that can guide you to whatever questions, doubts, etc. and at the end, they motivate you, make you feel more confident, which leads you to have excellent results.
