Pros
Amazing Work Environment. Great Staff-support Best office equipment (specially the pc's) Awesome On-Job-training. Best Salary Structure, health-insurance policy, and other employee benefit programs. I love the regular meetups where the top-level exec's listen to our problems and solve them at the soonest.
Cons
Its too good that we cannot even leave the company even after we have a better paying job offer. Its like you'll get addicted to the amazing work atmosphere here.
