Cons

Jolson Architecture is a masterclass in poor leadership and toxic culture. Management is out of touch, and offers little to no support or recognition. Creativity is stifled by ego-driven decision-making, and the turnover rate speaks for itself. A soulless workplace where talent goes to wither. Avoid.

Good office location and nice projects

Cons

Management and the owner are intense. The office is under the owners residence and very unprofessional boundaries with private and personal life that you wouldn’t experience in another organsiation Toxic work environment and unhealthy

Good place for learning. Good quality projects (architecture and interior)

Cons

Not the place where you can propose. Most of the time you will be just a CAD monkey.
