- Most people were friendly - Casual dress code - Good coffee - Received praise
Cons
- Upper management could have been more communicative. Rarely responsive on work communication apps, and was not clear about how they felt I was performing. - One upper management worker was particularly rude and manipulative to me, and I never felt like I had a comfortable space to bring up any concerns because of their seniority level. - There seemed to be an unspoken rule that workers should arrive early and leave late, as many people did

Pros
The people are amazing from the top of the hierarchy all the way down to the bottom. Everyone’s helpful and works to help everyone grow continually in their positions.
Cons
Sometimes it can be challenging to have your voice heard but eventually it will if you keep at it.
