Pros

Good customers base, lean and mean, some good talent in PLM, visionary in Open Networking

Cons

Top heavy with ex-MS clan with all talks and no actions, too many re-org, lost focus, talent attrition, layoff every year so mgt can hire crony or friendly with ex-MS, ex-MS field sales degraded brand in market, forced partners to buy demo gears, box pusher sales forces, transactional relationships, change partners every years, poor software quality, do not know how to sell to mobility market, messy internal sales ERP, & politics

Pros

Nothing good to praise about this company. Trying to play catch up in technologies and also how they go to market. Politics and mousy people around who dare not stand up for what is deemed right.

Cons

Not only trying to catch up with others who are already leading in innovations, they are hiring people who have limited or zero knowledge about demand gen and marketing etc., and yet trying to show off what other tech companies are already doing 10 years ago! High turnover, disorganized departments who got their roles and functions set up in odd places in the organization, and people who are tyrants who do not care and listen to you, not even HR! They just fire you without any valid reasons.

Pros

- Places emphasis on employee well-being through initiatives such as quarterly wellness days. - Most colleagues are supportive and collaborative.

Cons

- Slow career progression: good work and contributions recognized but does not translate into promotions. - Poor employee retention: performing employees are laid off without considering their performance while non-performing employees are retained.
