Pros
You work dedicated within one product team, which really makes it feel like you’re part of a real product company rather than an outsourcing setup. The tech stacks are modern and state-of-the-art. The founders/ the management are nice. They’re approachable, human, and always willing to help or take time for a chat. Community events, offsites, and the weekly Community Lunch create a great sense of togetherness. Cool people, strong values, and a down-to-earth culture.
Cons
As a growing company, things can move fast and sometimes priorities shift quickly, which can be challenging if you prefer a very structured, corporate setup. Processes are still evolving as we scale, so flexibility and ownership are key. I like it.
