- Directors are extremely disrespectful and will talk negatively about you to their subordinates and other executives

- Unable to determine who runs the company, the CEO or the Director of Growth?
- Directors will knowingly take credit for the hard work and extra hours their subordinates put in on contracts
- Company is bleeding money without knowing where it is actually going
- You will overwork for substantially less than average compensation and no acknowledgement of your effort
- Will not provide job-training incentives
- Has previously falsified self-audits; serious business ethics concerns
- Unable to progress within the company or professionally
