Our Service Delivery Manager is a masterful strategist, adept at navigating challenges with grace and integrity. Their ability to inspire and unite the team is unparalleled, fostering collaboration and camaraderie at every turn. Innovation is at the core of our ethos, reflected in our dynamic tech stack and our leaders' bold decision-making. Opportunities for growth abound, with our leadership team steadfastly dedicated to realizing the full potential of every team member. Personal development is not just encouraged, it's celebrated. Since working here my technical ability has grown beyond levels that I ever achieved fathomable. Our Help Desk team is the backbone of our organization, their contributions invaluable to our success. Communication flows freely within our team, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration. While challenges may arise, our team faces them head-on with resilience and determination. Documentation is comprehensive and readily available, empowering every team member to succeed. Should assistance be needed, our team is always ready to lend a helping hand, ensuring no one is left to navigate challenges alone. If documentation isn't readily available, our team has the is full of individuals who are competent enough to seek out information on their own and create documentation for the rest of the team. Our Help Desk leadership leads by example, their dedication and work ethic inspiring all who work alongside them. They are tireless in their efforts to support the team, always ready to lend a helping hand and provide guidance when needed. Pros

- Great work/life balance; as someone who has been in IT for over a decade, this is the first job I've had where the CEO all but mandates that employees take time off. Minimal nights and weekends compared to what you'd typically see with an MSP or IT - Transparency: K3 has a big focus on transparency with employees and clients a like. This goes a long way in earning trust and ensuring good communication across the board. - CEO: Our CEO makes a huge effort to ensure that employees are happy and getting what they need to be successful; he really takes feedback to heart and attempts to do right by everyone where feasible. He has shown a lot of generosity by providing a benefits package comparable to a Fortune 500, profit sharing, etc. - A company that cares about clients: The CEO has really taken the time to understand that, in our industry, clients need more than just an "IT Guy" -- they need a business partner. K3 goes a long way to make sure they are recommending solutions to clients that make sense for their company's goals, improving efficiency and productivity. It's about making our clients better businesses, not just better clients. - Aggressive growth: K3 has exhibited aggressive growth since inception, with plans for continued growth and expansion. This gives everyone a lot to look forward to and opportunities for career growth. - Small and close knit team: The team holds each other accountable and works well together. It's truly a joy to work with everyone at K3, and it feels like we all have each other's backs.

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but worth considering is that K3 has grown from 4 FTEs to 14 FTEs over the last couple of years. This has caused our org structure to evolve a bit, along with new systems and toolsets coming into play. Along the way, there have been "growing pains" to an extent. However, the team has managed really well with the growth and changes, with everyone seemingly up to the challenge of evolving as a team and company. If you're considering working for K3, keep in mind that the growth trajectory is fairly aggressive; the organization suits people best who enjoy a high-paced work environment, and are excited about being a part of bigger goals and creating solutions to help us be a better company for each other and our clients. It is also crucial that you uphold our core values, such as integrity, transparency and accountability.

Pros

- K3 is a pretty small company, so employee voices are heard and ideas are always valued. Internal collaboration is strong here, and the whole team is great about helping each other out. - Management is approachable and understanding, they go out of their way to check in and make sure employees are happy, and they ask for ways to improve. - The company is growing, so tools and processes are growing as well. Implementing the right tools to do our jobs has been a major quality of life improvement! Everything is heading in the right direction and improving more every day. - K3 has always encouraged professional growth and learning. They pay for certifications and training and they promote internally.
