The sales team goes the extra mile to insure that clients/customers are provided with the best office technology industry products and services. The service team is excellent as well.

The management team tends to not follow up with requests on prices for the sales team to complete needed price quotes. Also issues with staff at the corporate office not answering the phones for customers with service requests.

Low Pay, not much direction, too much packed into one position, zero internal lead generation, expectation is 12-13 hour days. Need to overhaul sales division
