      Pros

      Aeron chairs, table football and some nice people you can meet there. You can work from home from time to time and nobody bothers you if you are late or have to leave early as long as you get your job done.

      Cons

      No performance reviews, feedbacks or anything similar which is pretty demotivating. When you combine it with uncompetitive salaries you get working environment without place for further growth after some point. Development processes are too complicated and sometime the administration represents a purpose itself which shouldn't be the idea behind Scrum methodology.

      Pros

      A lot of new professional contacts, comfortable workspace, relatively safe job for people who value security over the job itself.

      Cons

      Stressful - a lot of shouting at engineers and other employees. When it is not stressful, it is boring because most projects are legacy apps written in old tech. Not much to learn.

      Decent pay, available company cars with full expenses covered.

      Cons

      This is not really a tech company. The sales people run the show here, the impression is that nobody bothers to understand the IT business as such, they could be selling cars or whathever just the same. Not a place for an IT professional looking beyond sheer money and benefits, or wanting to grow in knowledge and experience.
