      I have noting to say positive about this company.

      Cons

      I have worked just for a week and company did not ask for bank accounts. I left this company because there is no process , no proper office admin, no proper onboarding for new employees, no logistics, no office supplies and no team in Mississauga. During the interviews they told me something different, but when I joined its totally different.

      They just sell you to other company if you got skills deal directly with them and work directly with your client No..

      Salaries they don't pay higher, You have work some time 18 to 20 hour throughout the week You may travel a lot, You miss your family time No vacations Management is not good, They don't understand your problem Financials are so week, TA/DA will not deliver at time

      - Good place to Kickstart a career if you're a fresh graduate. - Great colleagues to work with.

      Cons

      - Micromanagement at every level. - Lowest pay as compare to market standards. - Exploitation of Interns and Juniors since there are no Seniors in the company. - "Minimal to zero" in terms of career growth. - Upper Management doesn't contribute anything useful to the company, their only tasks are to micromanage and exploit interns/juniors.
