      Pros

      Casual, collaborative work environment. Designers and researchers are extremely gifted in their respective areas and deliver high quality work. Client work is generally challenging and engaging.

      Cons

      Management is extremely disorganized and rely heavily on mid-level staff for their deficiencies. Company lacks strategic vision leading to poor messaging and unfocused areas of expertise. Compensation is not competitive and there is little to no room for growth.
