      Pros

      Excellent company to work for. From management, to work-life balance to company culture and benefits were excellent. Most importantly, you always felt you were part of something bigger and all your contributions were meaningful.

      Cons

      It is a smaller company, and a such, it comes with some challenges, but not anything that would discourage me or should discourage anyone from being part of this excellent team.
