A family owned distributor of perfumery with respect towards the staff. Management is good. You get goodies for free, and allocation.Decent salary for retail. Great training. Some career advancement can happen. You can get paid if you prefer to work instead of taking holidays. The owner, Mr. Kenneth - is down to earth, very humble, and treats you well. The bonuses are motivating.
Cons
Basically the cons are the retail industry which is not what it used to be in the UK. You don't get 2 days off in a row sometimes for more than one month. The salary ( which is more than many other employers in retail ) is not enough if you are in your late thirties, because of how overpriced London has become, especially the rent, and the high taxes. I left London after that.
