      Great experience, poor management

      Pros

      The work itself was great and informative. I got to work with some lovely people.

      Cons

      Management did not seem interested in maintaining employee morale or a good work environment. Consistent miscommunication, last-minute changes, undesirable hours and day schedule. Poor pay, in addition to expensive parking at the building.

      Work atmosphere is amazing, the pay is great and work hours are flexible

      Cons

      There is no set syllabus/curriculum and you have to create it on your own. This leads to non-uniformity and can be detrimental for kids.

      An OK place to work for only for a short time

      Pros

      Guaranteed full time hours. Supportive environment from colleagues ( not from the managers)

      Cons

      Responsibilities are not clearly defined. The work schedule is Tuesday to Saturday, which means weekend work is required. Working hours may also change at times, although employees are still expected to teach 7.5 hours per day.
