Pros
Very good in the beginning able to grow with company. This last year my boss got sick and everything changed. We got moved to Remax and then to Continental Villa within a three month period.
Cons
In June of this last year, my boss got sick and she went to the hospital. She was supposed to be back in a week, but she has never come back. We were already moved to a Remax a couple rooms in their business, and then we got moved again within two months to Continental Villa, when we were moved to Continental Villa, her daughter was changing everything and was very disrespectful.
