      Pros

      I transferred from our Southern California office when KeyPoint relocated its headquarters here to Salt Lake City. I came back to grab some things from my house in SoCal and was thinking how much I love the people and scenery in Utah and couldn't wait to get back. The Owner and his wife are the most down-to-earth, positive people with the best hearts of anyone I've ever known. They always go out of their way to make sure to do right by his employees. He will have to drag me out kicking and screaming to get rid of me.

      Cons

      It just relocated to SLC. So, its a very small crew. My boss is so good with growth and expansions that his goal is to get 15 people started before the end of October.

      Pros

      I am so excited about the energy that you bring to the table! It is so refreshing to work with this owner, he has such a big heart and is reliable, trustworthy and honest. He definitely sets the tone in the office. Everyone that works in the office is professional, nice, and always willing to lend a hand, when needed. I am blessed to work with such an amazing company!!

      Cons

      At this company you definitely have to have a student mentality at first because there is a lot to absorb, but once you have it down, it gets easier. It is hard work, but if you put in the time and effort you will learn a lot!
