Great induction about company values and culture Good insurance policies

Cons

As you are only a piece of this great company, they don't care a lot about keeping employees and keeping them satisfied. Contracts are 3 months average and you can't access some of the company benefits which require 1 year for example if your contract ends after that, because once the contract expires, you lose your time on the company.
