First off, when it is pretty clear management and the like have to post fake reviews to compensate with the real ones instead of addressing the issues, it's a give-away as to how they run things.
Honest cons:
-Company sole focus is on revenue and profit
-As a direct link to the above, employee wellbeing is taken at the minimal level they can get away with by law: no sick pay, legal bare minimum holidays and pension contribution, no flexibility, and managers who don't know how to lead teams
-Appalling HR
-Expect homophobic, transphobic, and racist comments / behaviours
-Family-run business with a nepotism mindset. Unless you get in the top GUYS circle, you will not be treated truly with respect or be able to grow a carreer there
-Hazardous conditions when working in the warehouse
-Warehouse employees are paid close to minimum wage
