I probably no one will able to say pros about this company . I will tell you step by step ,why? 1 . You will get a call like , "Hello I'm calling from Kinder Touch . We are MNC based in US(Californiya)" . We got your resume for **** position . Are you looking for a job change ? . 2 . If you say YES then you DEFINITELY in the first step of going into HELLL 3 . You will be getting telephonic calls for an interview round . Please don't go on ENGLISH whoever it speaking 4 . You will be interviewed by people out there,they don't even have an experience as you have. People out ther having maximum 3years of experience . 5 . At last they would be saying k you will have to atain the call with US members for max . 5min . And here you might be thinking "CHALO ONLY 5 MIN,WE WILL ADJUST BECASUE THEY ARE GIVING ME GOOD SALARY".Perhaps,you are apsulutely wrong at this point.Because call starts at 9:30 to "no limit" .Plus BOSS sat in Calforniya don't have any etiquettes and manners.THough you don't have any updates still you will have to attaind a call . Plus he abuses employee specially GIRLS . 5 .Also there would be salary negotiation . They give min 30% hike on your current salary 6 .Please don't go on this.because they are looking people who are able to join immediately . Now let's go suppose when you join company.I will tell you what happens, 1 . Company people don't have any etiquettes and manners .How to speak,look & help to new joinie 2 . Now you will be thinking let's work WHATEVER HAPPENS IN THIS COMPANY I DON'T CARE . But at this point as well you are wrong.Because they will be irritating by mail , whatsapp and any other socialt media accounts in world. Now let's talk about SALRY 1 .Though they gave you salary hikes , they don't have even money to pay TEA BILLS on time . 2 .I know they didn't pay any bills of TEA, for 3months. 3 .So,how they can you pay ? They do't pay you for 3,4 months at least. 4 .And when you go to ask salry ,they will say 'Is money important for you than work?Why Indian people want money?'.But he doesn't know he is also an Indian who DOESNT have money to pay bills of TEA . Now let's go Security point of view 1 . THERE IS NO ANY SECURITY OF JOB. 2 . All employess he fired up till now were very good programmers. 3 . He fired all employees without notice period. 4 . Some of fired just becasue they don't work at night. ALso he don't have any projects now to hire you.If you got a call for REACT JS .then please it's my humble request not to go there . There are no experience candidates. No help by any other . One more thing LAPTOPS THEY PROVIDE ARE ALSO ON RENT BASIS . THEY DON'T HAVE THERE OWN LAPTOPS. AND POSITIVE REVIEW PROVIDED ABOVE WOULD FROM COMPANY OWNER OR HIS BROTHER WHO COMES IN OFFICE A DAY IN A WEEK .Please don't go on above positive review.
