Pros
I was very good at my job and enjoyed my line of work very much. Up until 2013 it was a fantastic company to work.
Cons
The introduction of Route. I wasn't based in England and felt management never took the time to properly get to know me or see that I was an asset to the company but instead thought Route would be a better choice than someone with years of experience and local knowledge.
