      Nice colleagues but poor training and management issues

      The colleagues you work with are nice

      Cons

      The training is very poor, the office is segregated racial and there is a lack of professionalism from management. Very poor progression, management was clear they would promote people who they liked rather than who had been there long and worked hard.
