Perfect place to grow and develop, the consultants can learn continuously and update themselves regularly. Leaders walk the talk, great teamwork. Highly reputable in public affairs consultancy as one of promoters of the sector in Indonesia.
Cons
Not the kind of work for everyone. Demanding work as the company always strives for excellence and high quality results. The vibrant and diverse projects and clients may be challenging for those who do not enjoy such works.

Pros
You get a steep learning curve once you step in KP until at least 3 years due to its various services and the wide array of clients. You work with a top notch people, many of whom overseas graduated. You'll exposed to the wisdom of its founder, Pak Noke Kiroyan.
Cons
If the workload is high, you'll need to accustomed to working until late hours.
