      Good concept for a coffee shop but a complete lack of human resources assistance

      Quality coffee, nice co-workers & decent starting wage

      Cons

      Unprofessional leadership, inexperienced and passive aggressive managers, disorganized, lacking a proper HR department, disregard for food safety standards, lack of adequate training for inexperienced hires, unsafe working conditions, high turnover.

      Decent place to work but still long way to be good

      Pros

      Easy going environment, mostly good people to work with and fairly simple work

      Cons

      Very little management, each person does things a different way and everyone knows that there isn't a standard a talks about it. Executives from the company don't facilitate tipping from clients through card payments resulting in very little tips to share since only cash tips are accepted.

      The management is basically absent, we never have what we need in store and are severely understaffed.
