Everyone at KE takes their job serious. If you want to work with the best in the industry this is the place for you. I enjoy the creative input from the team. I have learned new ways to present and sell. I have been supported and encouraged to grow in all areas of my life. I enjoy working at this company.
Cons
It can be overwhelming due to the heavy work load. There is always something that needs to be done or followed up on. You really work from 9-5 and then some.
