Pros

- Culture of engineering and personal growth. This is shown in the quality of code/code reviews, but also in casual discussions with other team members. - Starting as an intern I was assigned a Mentor who was really helpful in learning the processes of the company. - Focus on scalability regardless of the initial project size - Flexible hours - as a student I couldn't work Full-time, so I was given a schedule that considered my university classes and assignments. - Possibility to work remotely or in the office - Career planning - at the beginning of each quarter you can steer your career path and decide on what you would like to work on or in which field you would like to grow in the near future. - Friendly and supportive atmosphere amongst everyone in the team

Pros

1. Fully Remote: One of the standout features of working at our company is the flexibility to work from anywhere. This fully remote setup has been a game-changer, allowing me to create a comfortable and productive work environment tailored to my needs. 2. Flexible Hours: The company provides excellent flexibility when it comes to working hours. This allows me to balance my professional and personal life more effectively, ensuring that I can meet both my work and family commitments without any hassle. 3. Asynchronous Work: The company encourages asynchronous work, which means that I have the freedom to choose the most suitable time to complete my tasks. This flexibility has improved my work-life balance and productivity, as I can tackle projects when I'm at my most productive. 4. Company Culture: The company's culture is one of its biggest strengths. It's a welcoming and inclusive environment where team members genuinely care about each other's well-being. There's a strong sense of camaraderie, and it's clear that the company values its employees and their personal development.

Cons

While the company does well in all aspects, some employees might occasionally miss the interpersonal face-to-face interactions that come with in-person work.
