no good environment , irresponsibility, insecure, no work culture, no salary on time, start with 3 month without salary for fresher based on performance provide salary but in 3 months no work provided and told your performance is not good so salary not provided next 2 months , so i resign.

If you are lucky only then you will get your offer letter while joining ,I get after 7 month of joining & I have to tell reason why I need it. Even company is so con they put 10%of my CTC in bonus without my concent which I never get . Pleas ask for salary breakup while you join & read you salary breakup carefully because they will add some type of allownces which you will never get. If you are lucky then you will get salary on time , company general practice is to hold salary hoti 2- 3 month they only release minimum amount 9-10 k and tell you company is in bad phase . You will never get any salary slip & form 16 only thing you get is new excuse every time. Company never paid you any expence which you done while going to client site or others ,forget about DA and allownces. Company has no holiday calender they will ask you to work on even national holidays without paying you extra. If you are fresher beware they may ask you to deposit 20-30k for traning & for laptop ,your money will return tou you after 1 year and you will be on traning for 3 mo thes after traning your salary would be around 8-9K ,while traning they ask you to learn by yourself and after one month start blaming you for not learn anything ,they news your money for there expenses
