Pros
The pressure that they will put you in for delivery will prepare you for almost anything.
Cons
1. No working processes. They can call you anytime for work, even on Sundays. 2. No growth. The quality of project that they bring is so low that you might forget what you currently know. 3. The management is ignorant and arrogant. They think that you are not their employees but servants. 4. Infrastructure doesn't exist. Two companies co-work on same floor and only 5-10 chairs are alloted to this company. 5. Salary Structure. You will not get your salary on time. No PF policies. No holiday policies. I would say it's better to drop and prepare for better companies than joining this one.
