Great Benefits,phenomenal learning experience,great staff & crew. Perfect work hours,hands on training and structuring you at being your own boss!!
Cons
Not having the opportunity to network along side of the recently deceased founder/owner/president. Agin Beyah, will always be remembered for his entrepreneurship!!

Pros
formal employment (in the workbook), company reimburses expenses for mobile (50 UAH per month), there are many departments (legal, marketing, logistics, accounting) - therefore you have an opportunity for career growth or change areas of activity inside the company.
Cons
Inconvenient location of the office (you need to go on the bus for 10-15 minutes). Industrial Zone around the office - there is no way to go for lunch or just walk at lunchtime. No integration preiod for beginners. For Middle - there is no clear understanding of how departments interact with each other. Career path program is absent, as I realised after 1 year of working there.
