Pros

The staff of KrASIA are scattered across Asia, rendering unique opportunities to learn from and collaborate with folks that have different working styles and perspectives. Despite the geographical boundaries, many in the company have forged strong bonds with one another that goes beyond working hours. A genuine concern for the well-being of fellow colleagues is especially evident amongst those in the same function or country. Management is highly supportive of experiments, be it to boost marketing metrics or productivity. Given that KrASIA is a media company at heart, by proxy, staff are exposed to pertinent news and topics. The slew of events and their roster of esteemed industry professionals provide further enrichment of the mind.

Cons

As with all early-stage startup (or SME), it’s crucial to have every staff be an effective contributor. This culture will certainly not be palatable to those who simply want to cruise.
