      Staff discount, that's about it

      Cons

      This company is all about looking good from the outside but the reality is ugly. Family owned business so strong nepotism. People in charge lack of experience and clearly do not care about staff. A lot is expected but nothing is given in return. No HR = no protection

      Pros

      Been with the company for just over a year. Absolutely love every minute of it. Great customers, colleagues and love the management, they are just awesome , very fair and approachable!

      Pros

      it was my first retail job, thus, i gained knowledge about the work ethics that are needed to thrive in a retail environment.

      Cons

      what have caused doubt of fear was the franchises morals and values within the employees and employer relationship. The manager dismissed me on the 24th of December 2024, claiming that i stole money from the till, when i asked for evidence he said "I hired a Makeup Artist, not a thief. there is no need for evidence i know you did it".
