      Some great and dedicated people work here and some great product, Meet some great people in the hunting industry,

      Cons

      Some of the longer term employees are scared of change and new ideas from employees coming into the company. There is some behind the scenes gossiping and backstabbing which isn't worth the stress which is unfortunate and childish.

      I worked with a great team of people

      Leadership was very confusing and had very little consistency in decision-making/direction, inflexible around working from home (in office 5 days a week), zero culture, and spent waaay too much time supporting our customer service team on the phones, working the warehouse, and answering consumer emails (nowhere near my job functionality).
