Pros
The few benefits are great however the bad company culture and the enormous workload for very little compensation destroys it all
Cons
The workload is crazy - you even get assigned tasks that you have not signed up for. In general not a problem if the company culture is right and the compensation is fair. None of this is the case for L'Officiel. There is lying from the senior management and constant changes in employees and freelancers due to their lack of leadership
