Pros
Nice people and easy work, but not worth it.
Cons
The ERP, software, HR and management practices are just so insanely lazy it's difficult to do anything. You are going to spend all your time figuring out how to use the ERP, filling out admin or going to meetings. If you want to be an Excel jockey and crap engineer, work here.
