HR is unprofessional With 600+ staff, hours are inconsistent and over Christmas is very quiet Schedulers seem to favour the same people. No training provided, no support or options to grow. Only hear from the office for negative feedback Office staff are segregated from crew No crew moral for holidays, office staff get a paid xmas party
