The ability to independently secure and manage work is an important skill for success. The bonus system, benefits, and career progression framework have potential but are not consistently implemented.

Since the company joined a larger engineering group, the overall atmosphere has really improved. There’s a stronger sense of stability and support, and I’ve noticed that employees feel more recognized for their work. Benefits and vacation time have been upgraded, which makes a big difference, but what I value most is the clearer path for career growth. It feels like the organization is genuinely investing in our future, and that creates a really positive environment to be part of.
